  What is the AskMe solution?

  AskMe is an all-in-one communication tool that helps businesses engage with consumers directly in their preferred communication channels and continue the dialogue on any device.

  Where I can find the pricing for AskMe?

  Pricing depends on the required features. Please, schedule a demo to talk to our expert and find out the features that boost your business and appropriate tariff plan.

  Are customer service agents or experts provided?

  No, we do not provide customer service agents. AskMe is a software solution for your agents and managers to use.

  How many websites can I install AskMe onto?

  You can install AskMe onto unlimited websites for no extra fee.

  How many agents can work at once?

  There is no limit for agents to simultaneous log-in to the AskMe Admin panel and Apps.

  On which devices can I use AskMe?

  AskMe can be used on iOS, Android, Mac OS and Windows.

  We’re already using another omnichannel communication tool. How do we switch to your solution?

  Please contact us to discuss the migration. We’ll provide you with time and cost estimates.

  Can my customers communicate with me from their mobile devices?

  Yes, your customers can chat with you via mobile browsers like Google Chrome and Safari or messaging apps: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook.

  Can I connect my current CRM to AskMe?

  Yes. You can indicate what data should be taken from your CRM and appear in AskMe as we provide integrations through JavaScript API and Webhooks.

  Can I synchronize my data between different devices?

  AskMe Apps can be installed on agents’ mobile devices and AskMe web version can be viewed in any browser, synchronizing automatically and in real time between devices.

  What level of security is provided?

  All connections are secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS) so we provide the best possible security for your data. As for the passwords, we use “hashing and salting”, which is considered one of the most secure techniques nowadays.

  How does the admin tool work?

  The admin tools allow companies to use access control by default and set predefined settings for individuals, groups and departments. This way companies can customize the AskMe to suit their needs.

  Is there a limit or maximum to how big files from client to agent can be?

  Yes, one file should not be larger than 20 MB. However there is no limit for a number of exchanging files and we support any file format.
