Who is the AskMe platform for?
AskMe was created for corporate sales teams, help desk and customer support teams, and is able to make the lives of both agents and customers easier, while helping businesses reduce their costs.
Can my customers communicate with me from their mobile devices?
Yes, your customers can chat with you via mobile browsers like Google Chrome and Safari or messaging apps: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook.
Can I connect my current CRM to AskMe?
Yes. You can indicate what data should be taken from your CRM and appear in AskMe as we provide integrations through JavaScript API and Webhooks.
What level of security is provided?
All connections are secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS) so we provide the best possible security for your data. As for the passwords, we use “hashing and salting”, which is considered one of the most secure techniques nowadays.
How does the admin tool work?
The admin tools allow companies to use access control by default and set predefined settings for individuals, groups and departments. This way companies can customize AskMe to suit their needs.
What languages do you support?
